  • Submissions: when you submit a group or channel, we store the name, link, category, language, country and description you provide. Your email address is optional and is never shown publicly.
  • Contact messages: when you use our contact form, we receive your name, email and message so we can reply.
  • Visitor statistics: we count visits and page views to understand which pages are useful. We do not use tracking cookies for this. To count unique visitors per day we create a one-way code (hash) from your IP address and browser type; your real IP address is not stored, and these codes are deleted after 2 days.
  • Join clicks and reports: we count how many times a Join or Report button is clicked, without identifying you.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) for security.
